We operate over two dozen major websites for print + digital brands such as Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Elle, Good Housekeeping and Seventeen as well as digital-only brands like Snapchat Sweet, and Delish.

The VP of Client Services oversees both our pre-sale and post-sale client services teams. The VP of client services will work closely with our clients as well as the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to understand key needs of the marketplace and uncover ways to improve how the team executes. A strong understanding of the media ecosystem as well as experience leading large teams are critical for the role.

What You'll Do:
• Oversee the Media Strategy (presale) and Activation teams (post-sale)
• Provide leadership and support for the client services team
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of the team
• Own overall client support and satisfaction
• Set team priorities and review processes to ensure optimal setup
• Be point on escalations for the leadership team and our clients
• Be an expert in the products we offer and work closely with sales and the ad product team on new solutions
• Work closely with the pricing and legal team on best practices

Who You Are:
• You have 12+ years digital experience with a background in sales planning, account management and yield/pricing
• You have 8+ years of managing a team, including managing managers
• You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem
• You have worked and managed teams that support both pre and post sales digital media clients
• You have a deep understanding of social platforms and publisher solutions
• You have great interpersonal skills
• You're able to prioritize many competing priorities
• You have a bachelor's degree
