Your Impact:

The Hearst Visual Group produces and sources the visual content for 16 of our print and digital brands. We are looking for a Visual Assistant to join the team and work on Country Living, Delish, and Veranda. This position will support the Visual Editors with administrative tasks and help with photo research and photo production. The candidate must be an extremely detail-oriented organized self-starter with a strong ability to multi-task in a face paced environment.

What You'll Do:
• Research photos for print and digital
• Manage invoices, department expenses, estimates, advances, contracts, call sheets and insurance
• Provide support for the Visual Group with all administrative tasks
• Help with photo production
• Source props for photo shoots
• Keep track of and input photo/production credits
• File management
• Help with image processing and asset management including applying metadata to files, archiving them and creating PDFs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with Macs OS, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft
• Passion for photography
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to work across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as needed

The base salary for this role is $50,000, overtime eligible.
