Your Impact:

Hearst Luxury Collection (ELLE, Esquire, Harper's BAZAAR, and Town & Country) seeks a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy, development, and activation of integrated marketing and added-value programs across the American Fashion & Lifestyle categories of ELLE, Esquire, Harper's BAZAAR, and Town & Country magazines. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate with the print, digital, and e-commerce teams to create cross-platform programs and experiences-including but not limited to: custom creative concepts, in-book promotions, digital content, social media extensions, events, and more.

What You'll Do:
• Strategize, create, and write integrated marketing proposals for ELLE, Esquire, Harper's BAZAAR, and Town & Country American Fashion & Lifestyle accounts
• Conceptualize, develop, and oversee the activation of advertiser-specific marketing programs, such as in-book custom content/native executions, digital campaigns, and customized experiences/events
• Communicate marketing concepts and programs by writing proposals, presentations, and one-sheets
• Participate in the development ELLE, Esquire, Harper's BAZAAR, and Town & Country signature platforms and opportunities
• Manage day-to-day requests from sales staff/management
• Work directly with clients to execute activated integrated marketing programs
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Develop relationships with third-party organizations and vendors to enhance the team's arsenal of integrated marketing offerings for categories

Who You Are:
• Minimum 4-5 years marketing experience
• Strong creative skills and experience in developing compelling integrated marketing programs; strong copywriting skills required
• An understanding of the editorial product and fashion/beauty/luxury industry are highly recommended for this position
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Strong presentation skills (verbal, written)
• Proficiency with Keynote, Google Suite, InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

The base salary for this role is between $81,000 and $85,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
