Job Description
The Coordinator, Promotions & Events will be responsible for direct supervision and execution of all on-site events, on-air contesting, and supervision of the Street Team.
Responsibilities
• Ensure that on-site presentation and execution of all events meet company standards. This includes branding activations and the attire of station personnel.
• Logistics and execution of radio station events including event information sheets and recap creation for activations.
• Live Broadcast management including line installs and testing, oversight and inventory of equipment, occasional execution as remote technician.
• Training, scheduling, and overall management of the Street Team for all events and in-office assignments.
• Supervision and execution of on-air and online contesting. Includes the creation of giveaways sheets, prize winner fulfillment, prize inventory, and winner database management.
• Promotional and Branding item selection, purchasing, and management.
• Administrative duties as assigned by Promotions & Marketing Manager. May include database management, processing of expenses, copy writing, logo creation, etc.
Qualifications
• College degree preferred or 1-2 years' experience in media/marketing role
• Experience in event planning and customer service
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work individually, in a team environment, and across multiple departments
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Leadership experience a plus
Requirements
• Must possess valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Proficient in Microsoft suite and Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition)
• Evening, weekend, and holiday work is often required
