Job Description
Hearst Television is looking for an OTT National Sales Manager, responsible for direct sales of the company's OTT platform, Hearst Anyscreen, in addition to leading a growing team of Account Executives managing their own sales portfolios. This position works directly with agencies and brands, applying a consultative approach to matching client objectives with tailored solutions from Hearst Television's suite of advertising products. The OTT National Sales Manager will actively develop a pipeline of OTT prospects, demonstrate Hearst's product capabilities and value to customers, and ultimately close sufficient business to meet revenue goals. This individual will collaborate with national rep firms, as well as an Account Management team for fulfillment of sold campaigns. The position reports to the OTT Director of Sales, and is located at Hearst Television's New York City headquarters.

Candidate Profile

Hearst Television, Inc. seeks a versatile candidate who possesses a strong media sales background, preferably with expertise from other linear or digital video publishers, digital/video agencies, and related advertising platforms. Strong agency contacts in the TV and/or digital video space are a plus. Strong communication skills are a must, with proficiency around written and oral presentation, and an ability to navigate the complex intersections of digital ad tech. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and competitive marketplace, while taking pride in being extremely motivated, prepared, and results-driven. A strong work ethic and collaborative style are essential for this position. Some business travel may be required.

Key Skills & Competencies
• 5+ years experience generating new sales, preferably managing holding company agency relationships
• 3+ years experience in Account Executive team management
• Experience and success in prospecting and generating your own leads
• Experience carrying & exceeding an annually increasing sales quota
• Knowledge of various online video, OTT, attribution, analytics, and other technology companies
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in OMS and trafficking systems preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

The estimated base salary range for this role is between $140,000 and $160,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, market demands and conditions, including geographic location where the work will be performed, and other factors permitted by law. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
