Order To Cash Specialist

Your Impact:

The Cash to Order Specialist will be responsible for generating month end invoices ensuring accuracy of all digital campaign lines, any special billing needs, and campaign fulfillment and creating and upload manual invoice files into Oracle for custom requests and indirect customers as well as troubleshooting digital billing inquiries or irregularities arising from customers or internally. What You'll Do:
• Generate month end invoices ensuring accuracy of all digital campaign lines, any special billing needs, and campaign fulfillment
• Create and upload manual invoice files into Oracle for custom requests and indirect customers
• Collect 3rd party data numbers and import into the digital billing system
• Analyze, compare, and reconcile campaign delivery information to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Verify accuracy of order data as it flows through the order to cash process
• Maintain Customer Masterfile data in relevant systems
• Collaborate with activation managers, sales reps, and media strategy managers for any pre and post billing adjustments.
• Trouble shoot digital billing inquiries or irregularities arising from customers or internally
• Provide and analyze various revenue reports and account reconciliations
• Assist accounts receivable and collections on cash application and collecting payment as needed

Who You Are:
• BA/BS from accredited college or university in Accounting
• A minimum of 1 year of related experience in billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Hands-on, team player who is both proactive and solution-oriented
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Detailed knowledge of MS office suite (MS Excel is highly preferred)
