Job Description
The Hearst TV Digital Studio, a national video production leg of Hearst Television, has an exciting new opportunity for the right person. The studio team is responsible for the production of branded videos across the country, and the ideal candidate will ooze passion for authentic video storytelling with the tenacity and wherewithal to ensure all campaigns reach a captive audience.

The Role:
• Handle and track the distribution of all native video campaigns on social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and O&O channels.
• Manage distribution budgets and delivery.
• Work closely with Hearst TV station sales teams to educate sellers and support their clients.
• Create and deliver campaign reports to sellers and clients.
• Contribute to training refreshers for sellers across the group.
• Make recommendations on content approaches based on delivery data from past campaigns.
• Support team creatives on video and copy ideation.
• Organizes calls with sellers and clients for each campaign.
• Builds product materials and decks for internal and outward-facing needs.
• Every person on this team must have a passion for development and ideation, and the willingness to be a part of a collaborative creative culture. All ideas are good ideas that will lead to the greater good of the studio.
• Reports to Manager, Branded Content

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or social media advertising
• A strong passion for video production, analytics, and working with people
• Standout attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with clients.
• Basic Photoshop and/or Illustrator skills
• Willingness to be collaborative in a team atmosphere. Must exhibit a tenacious, upstart mentality.
• Flexible schedule.
• Excellent written, verbal, and time management skills. Communication is everything.
• A caring, respectful, passionate person. No drama!
