Job Description
As the Email Audience Coordinator, you will be working in the Email Marketing team to help develop and analyze campaigns to acquire new emails in support of audience growth for some of the top publishing sites including: Best Products, Country Living, Cosmopolitan, Delish, Elle, Elle Décor, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Harper's Bazaar, House Beautiful, Marie Claire, Redbook, Popular Mechanics, Road and Track, Seventeen, Town and Country, Veranda, and Woman's Day, Men's Health, Women's Health, Prevention, Runner's World, and Bicycling.

What you'll do:
• Partner with 3rd parties to develop co-op sweepstakes that drive newsletter opt-ins
• Assist the team on ongoing email lead gen efforts through paid platforms
• Maintain and distribute reports on newsletter and audience metrics for all brands
• Collaborate with broader team to analyze KPIs, identify trends and develop strategies
• Manage internal ad-hoc requests around brand audience and sales opportunities
• Support the team's daily creation and deployment of email newsletters as needed
• Implement and manage Welcome templates and series to onboard new emails

Who you are:
• Basic understanding of email and digital marketing principles
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Attention to detail, ability to manage a variety of projects at once
• Working knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics preferred)
• Previous experience with an ESP (Email Service Provider) is a plus
• BA/BS from accredited college
