Job Description
We are seeking a Director/Senior Director, Memberships and Identity to help grow the Digital Membership business across the Hearst Magazines Portfolio.

The person in this role will be focused on identifying new channels for acquisition, segmenting potentials cohorts and driving potential customers down the conversion funnel. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify membership offerings by brands and ruthlessly test and learn while maintaining clear goals.

Hearst Magazines has a global audience of 400 million unique digital visitors, with 21 brands in the U.S, including Men's Health, Delish, Runner's World, ELLE, and Cosmopolitan, and close to 200 websites around the world.

As Product Director, you will work with a Product, Program, Design, Engineering and Data team to prioritize multiple roadmaps across memberships, identity and acquisition and communicate high level goals and project plans,

You will also partner across the organization to develop a global memberships strategy, working closely with other development teams to share best practices and ensure alignment. You will understand how memberships fit into the larger goals of Hearst Magazines and contribute to making those goals and vision a reality.

This position is based in New York City at Hearst Tower, the world headquarters of Hearst Communications, Inc.
