Job Description
Talent Relations is responsible for establishing the talent experience and building a community for HBO, HBO Max, TNets and GKYAC's creators and actors.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Book travel, including flights and ground transportation for talent, both actors and producers, for HBO, HBO Max, TNets, and GKYAC.
• Engage in a professional, direct communication with talent and their representatives on travel logistics and preferences.
• Ensure premium WarnerMedia travel experience is upheld by communicating and monitoring travel procedures and guidelines with the Travel department.
• Problem solve and provide exceptional and timely service to resolve travel issues between Travel and talent and/or talent representatives.
• Reconcile monthly AMEX hotel and airport transfer charges, contacting vendors if necessary to resolve billing issues.
• Process monthly AMEX travel bills through the Financial system, allocating charges to proper accounts.
• Coordinate between Talent Relations and Travel to create hotel blocks for large events.
• Create itineraries with detailed travel logistics for the Talent Relations team.
• Complete detailed Travel Authorization forms, with travel preferences and account coding.
• On-site event support for the Talent Relations team as needed.
• On-site management of high volume event cars for major festivals and awards shows (some travel required).
• Handle last minute after hour travel changes.

REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 3 years of work-related experience in the travel industry; publicity/agency/studio/network experience desired. Ability to interface with all levels of executives and talent. Must be a diligent, detail-oriented worker who is efficient, a creative problem-solver, and not afraid to ask questions. A positive personality that appreciates a challenge and can work in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter that enjoys working collaboratively. Always professional and always maintains composure, particularly in stressful situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willing to travel. Ability to work some nights and weekends. Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Google Suite. Event experience is a plus.
