It is where our exclusive HBO Max Originals and iconic entertainment brands thrive, with HBO, Warner Bros., DC, Turner Classic Movies, Cartoon Network and more delivering the greatest array of series, movies and specials for audiences of all ages. The platform launched in the United States in May 2020 and introduced a lower priced, advertising-supported tier in June 2021. HBO Max began its global rollout launching in markets across Latin America and the Caribbean last summer, followed by its first European launches in the Nordics and Spain in the fall. Currently available in 46 countries, there are plans for continued expansion of HBO Max in 2022.

The Job

The Project Manager plays an integral, cross-functional role within the CRM and Lifecycle team. This person will be responsible to support the localized instance of CRM platforms and operations. This person will be responsible for partnering with the stakeholders and strategy members to collect and implement business requirements, working with cross-border counterparts to ensure proper data flows of consumer and performance data.

The Daily
• Gathers needs from product, Customer Experience (CX) and CRM teams and translates them into data and technical requirements in the form of users' stories, workflows and other artifacts
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Establish business goals and priorities with clients while effectively communicating project mission, vision, and scope to the implementation team
• Responsible for all project deliverables, reviewing those deliverables prepared by the team prior to submission to the client
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
• Identifies and manages project risk
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate
• Consistently track and report on progress to all stakeholders
• Effectively communicates and coordinates between internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to business development across the account and company
• Maintains backlog, project management tools and calendar

The Essentials
• English and Spanish language skills
• 2-4 years of experience in a project management or business analysis role; CX experience is a plus
• Process understanding of technology delivery models such as waterfall, scrum, and scaled agile framework.
• Familiarity with SAAS (especially Salesforce) platform development processes.
• Hands-on experience doing platform integrations using APIs and connectors along with marketing performance platforms
• Must be comfortable managing projects and timelines

Preferable
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field is required
• PMP or Agile certified
