Job Description
Title: Sr Manager, Acquisition Strategy - Experimentation

The Sr Manager, Acquisition Strategy will play a key role in driving the strategy and testing roadmap for campaigns across the full spectrum of channels and platforms in our marketing portfolio. Serving as the cross-functional glue across multiple teams, the Sr Manager will identify business challenges & opportunities, then develop testing solutions to help inform decisions at both the tactical channel and leadership levels. The Sr Manager must be a ''doer'' who can balance longer-term strategic thinking while able to get in the trenches and execute.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Acquisition testing pod and day-to-day operation workflows of sprint testing
• Define our testing strategy & roadmap, identifying opportunities for improved business outcomes
• Prioritize tests based on cost/benefit analysis; map out and manage dependencies
• Work cooperatively with respective leads in Paid Media (Search, Social, Display), Affiliate, SEO, Dotcom, Creative and Data Science to:
• Lead the test brief creation process, defining requirements and aligning on timing & resources
• Ensure all tests have clear hypotheses that ladder into an overarching strategy and are structured in a scientifically sound manner
• In an Agile/Scrum framework, project manage the various dependencies to ensure timely delivery and execution
• Validate & interpret test results, providing readouts to stakeholders and leaders. Tease out what elements won/lost and why; Synthesize learnings into insights and recommend how to apply them to improve the business; determine what additional iterations may be necessary.
• Partner with Dotcom product leads to test and drive landing page creation to decrease purchase drop-offs
• Work closely with cross-department marketing teams to ensure alignment of full funnel strategy and testing

Requirements & Qualifications
• 5-6 years digital marketing experience, including developing insights & experimentation strategy for complex digital acquisition marketing campaigns
• Experience leading A/B & multivariate testing & analysis in digital marketing, with emphasis on creative/audience, incrementality, and full-funnel testing
• Expert knowledge of digital media (Social, Display, Search) and down-funnel performance for complex digitally-focused acquisition and retention marketing campaigns ideally for a direct to consumer product
• Strong understanding of a unified media strategy across email, paid media, SEO, referral programs, and other offline marketing channels
• Experience with multi-touch attribution, mixed media models, and related tools
• Knowledge of ad technology and digital media/measurement platforms (e.g., SA360, Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Optimizely)
• Strong presentation skills are a must
• Demonstrate multi-tasking ability; keep multiple project deliverables accurately, on-track, and remain accountable to deadlines
• Extreme attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency but calmness in completing tasks
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
• Certified ScrumMaster is a plus.
