The Job

This role will operate as the lead point of contact for promotional assets to HBO EMEA countries such as Local Original Production Campaigns and 360 marketing campaigns across the region.

The successful candidate will also manage full scale promotional asset development (including localization and administration) and distribution of deliverables to HBO EMEA countries.

This position works across 22 countries / languages, HBO Platforms/ OTT promotion, Digital platforms and Out of Home/ Print promotion

The Daily

Coordinate asset requests, and ongoing projects.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Keeping all internal and external stakeholders up to date on progress of monthly/weekly initiatives.

Collaborate with marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

Communicate with clients, graphic designers, creative directors, account managers, editors, marketing colleagues to understand their needs and explain the possibilities. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate marketing need fulfillment.

Follow up the development, editing, localization process, the audio, graphics and mastering works and the promo approval process.

Keep contact with the Network Operational Department/ Local Original Production Department regarding the material delivery of the broadcast materials, quality check status.
