The Job

We are seeking for Marketing Specialist to join our Brand and Content EMEA team, responsible for creative strategy and development of best-in-class marketing campaigns for Warner Bros. discovery streaming services across EMEA.

In this role, you will manage, oversee, and track the campaign development and creative delivery workflow of various title and multi-title marketing campaigns and activities across EMEA, while also spearheading cross-functional communication within the organization to ensure smooth and regular information flow between all key stakeholders.

The Marketing Specialist will work in close cooperation with and under the leadership of the Marketing Manager, Creative Strategy, and Campaign Development.

This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover role ending September 1, the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience working with the best and most watched content in a dynamic international environment.

The Daily
• Managing workflow, campaign timelines, delivery deadlines and monitoring pan-EMEA campaign and asset development
• Creative asset and master package management to organize and track campaigns - creating and continuously updating campaign development tracker and master package spreadsheet, monitoring progress ensuring key milestones are met and campaign materials are available in an organized and timely manner
• Supporting Marketing Manager during the creative development process for title and multi-title campaigns
• Monitoring asset development and localization and making sure creative are in line with the approved templates, brand and campaign guidelines/restrictions and EMEA campaign priorities
• Spearheading development of EMEA versions of selected Global multi-title video assets and providing creative and brand guidance and support for video asset development for social media and other departments (CRM, PR, acquisition etc).
• Guiding internal creative teams / external agencies during the creative development
• Stay on top of campaign calendar, working closely with Sr. Marketing Planning Manager to make decisions about which content is supported
• Handling financial and legal administrative tasks relating to pan-European projects
• Creating presentations showcasing creatives developed for pan-EMEA campaigns, to be shared with key internal stakeholders

The Essentials
• Experience in a similar job in the media industry or in a marketing/creative agency
• Proven track record in project management
• Fluency in English
• Advanced skills with PowerPoint and similar programs for creating presentations

Nice to Haves
• Nice to have: experience in account management in international media/creative agencies and/or TV/entertainment industry.
