The Job
The Manager, Performance Marketing Analytics will support HBO Max Korea growth ambitions by driving conversion rate optimization across all touchpoints with the service. In addition, you will be responsible for creating a deep understanding of the HBO Max Korea consumer from the digital paid ads to the HBO Max website and App.

The Daily
• Drive growth marketing through data and insights.
• Create actionable insights from user-level behavior data and multiple data sources, including information coming from research, performance marketing, and media measurement platforms for HBO Max.
• Partnering with the Performance Marketing team to collect reporting and analysis requirements
• Work closely with the Global engineering team to ensure proper data flows of consumer and performance data, managing analytics vendor partners.
• Partnering with the CRM marketing team, agency, and data science teams to provide clear recommendations on segmentation, acquisition, media effectiveness, creative strategy, content, and other analyses to drive incremental results for HBO Max Korea.
• Dig into the details with the Performance marketing team and synthesize findings for executive presentations.

The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Math or related field is required.
• At least 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a particular focus on media metrics.
• At least 4 years of experience with data visualization and dashboards.
• Deep knowledge of subscription and lifecycle marketing, media, measurement and marketing analytics platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills is necessary.
• Advertising testing, customer segmentation and OTT experience preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social, and advertising technologies, such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Ad Manager, Social Ad Managers, AppsFlyer.
• Must have prior measurement and analytics experienced.
• Must be results driven with an excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload, efficiently.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills - particularly within large organizations.
• Must be comfortable managing projects and timelines.
• Ability to collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to define metrics, identify requirements and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned.
• Ability to manage both internal and external vendors and suppliers.
