It is where our exclusive HBO Max Originals and iconic entertainment brands thrive, with HBO, Warner Bros., DC, Turner Classic Movies, Cartoon Network and more delivering the greatest array of series, movies and specials for audiences of all ages. The platform launched in the United States in May 2020 and introduced a lower priced, advertising-supported tier in June 2021. HBO Max began its global rollout launching in markets across Latin America and the Caribbean last summer, followed by its first European launches in the Nordics and Spain in the fall. Currently available in 46 countries, there are plans for continued expansion of HBO Max in 2022.

The Manager of Integrated Media Strategy will help drive the paid media

strategy for Max Originals and HBO Max Brand campaigns. This role works on the paid media approach across traditional and digital, including TV, CTV, OOH, social, digital video, audio, programmatic, direct digital partnerships and synergistic media. This role partners closely with the Originals Marketing and Brand Marketing team, the media agency, media partners and works across teams within Growth Marketing to drive collaboration, efficient use of our media investment and best in-class entertainment campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in executing media campaigns which drive measurable results, thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work on multiple campaigns at a time.

The Daily
• Drives the paid media strategy for Max Originals and Brand campaigns, partnering with the Originals Marketing and Brand Marketing Team, from briefing through measuring performance
• Collaborate with internal marketing and measurement teams to lead the campaign kickoff/briefing phase of planning, backing strategies with performance and marketplace data for assigned campaigns
• Lead day to day campaign management of media agency, including timeline & priority management
• Coordinate and contribute to cross-team feedback on agency deliverables and effectively communicate to agency team and internal stakeholders
• Assist with cross campaign inventory allocation such as OOH Perm inventory, JBP credits, and other partner deals
• Partners with analytics teams to develop thoughtful and executable test and learn initiatives around full funnel media
• Builds strong partnerships with key media partners to make the most of investment, ad formats, testing and learning opportunities
• Contributes to a culture of sharing of best practices, creating actionable and easily interpreted reporting in collaboration with the agency and measurement team to uncover media and creative performance insights

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
• 7+ years' work experience at a media agency or at a brand/publisher working, entertainment experience preferred
• Experience with both linear and digital media planning
• Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and enthusiastic
• Experience working in highly cross-functional and matrixed organizations; a natural collaborator who enjoys working across teams
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels, exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt rapidly in an agile environment with shifting priorities - balance cross functional teams' needs, reacting quickly, dynamically, and intelligently
• Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
• Superior project management skills: highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects at once
• Savvy in building decks and able to synthesize strategy and plans for various audiences
