The Job

The Manager, CRM Analytics will be responsible for supporting and driving CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives through data and insights. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with other marketing stakeholders as well as product, data & planning, finance, payment, creative, customer service, and content experience to develop a holistic view of the user lifecycle performance and main CRM performance drivers. Ties learnings to key performance indicators regularly present findings to stakeholders and exhibit a strong sense of ownership.

The Daily
• Owns the CRM marketing analytics and help increase our consumer's LTV
• Helps translate complex data into actionable insights through storytelling dashboards and visualizations.
• Supports Lifecycle planners and marketers in the analysis and optimization of email, push notifications, in app messages and other CRM channel campaigns
• Digs into the details with engagement, retention, and marketing teams and synthesize findings for executive presentations.
• Drives insights across a broad spectrum of topics
• Develop and implement robust and innovative A/B testing plans to increase effectiveness within and across channels
• Consolidates reports and analyses for MBR and QBR to be presented to leadership
• Introduces and gains alignment of analytical models and metrics to assess the performance of marketing programs including response, incremental impact, engagement forecasting, and deep-dive analysis to understand short/long term customer behavior impacts
• Partners closely with Data Insights and Planning, Research, Content Experience, Marketing, and Product teams to identify growth levers and signal

The Essentials
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data, or business intelligence role, preferably in a media company
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field is required
• Experience with CRM (email) platforms and marketing performance platforms such as Braze, PostUp, Adobe Marketing, Kochava, Marketo, others
• Experience with product analytics, advanced behavioral analytics, and visualization platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Conviva, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau, Domo, Looker
• Experience working with DWs, CDP, and DMP platforms such as Segment, mParticle, Oracle's BlueKai, or others
• Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionably
• Intermediate to strong technical skills; including experience with SQL are desired but not required.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills - particularly within large organizations
• Must be comfortable managing projects and timelines
