Job Description
The JobThis role will ensure that all localizations for the region (subtitles and dubs) are received on time. It will also correct errors and keep daily contact with dubbing studios, distributors, and licensors. In addition, this position with ensure that all the required working materials are available for the studios. The individual will be responsible for the Baltic territory, act as the main contact with the Baltic region studios and be responsible for ordering and monitoring the Baltic versions.
The Daily
• Monitor the production processes in the localization systems.
• Oversee all localizations for the upcoming premieres and conduct the upload processes for the new localization files.
• Keep daily contact with the studios and distribution partners, making sure they receive all work materials on time.
• Order/purchase Baltic localization, ensuring that the localizations are registered in the database properly.
• Generate cost estimations for the upcoming months in relation to localization.
• Ensure any necessary corrections of received dubs and subtitles are corrected based on NetOps (mastering/ingest) feedback.
• Obtain or create corrected versions for the localizations, if necessary.
• Manually create work files for the partner studios for day-to-day requests.

Internal: Traffic and Operations (shipping, mastering, ingest, VOD teams), Creative Services, Uplink Team, regional Programming and other Localization Teams

• Fluency in English
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills
• Really good problem-solving skills

• Ability to deal with confidential information securely and discreetly
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible approach
• Good computer skills (general MS Office)

• Some prior experience in a complex, multinational (and multilingual) environment
