The Job

HBO Max are expanding into Unscripted content such as Reality, Game show, Factual Entertainment we are looking to strengthen our team with competence to secure a creative result of highest standard within this genre. As Line Producer your main responsible will be to work with internal and external stake holders for projects from development to launch.

The Daily
• Preparation of in-house preliminary production schedules and budgets.
• Briefing legal department for development and production contracts and budgets and monitoring progress in deal-making.
• Assisting in the process for green-lit projects. Suggesting local producers, production companies, artists, crew, etc.
• Supervising budgets and schedules in all phases of production: pre-production, shooting, post-production and delivery.
• Collaborating with HBO Original Production Accountant and Original Production Legal Counsel in all relevant aspects of the projects.
• Collaborating with Network Operations department on all the technical aspects of the Production/Deliverables such as technical platforms, requirements and formats.
• Providing general Local Production knowledge to Commissioning Editor, Production Executive and other HBO Executives about local production companies, suppliers, producers, artists, etc.

The Essentials.
• Proven experience as a Line Producer or Production Manager in unscripted programming, entertainment shows of different genres.
• A clear understanding and experience in different workflows of a busy production department.
• Experience in preparing, and supervising the preparation of production schedules and budgets.
• Experience in supervising pre-production, production and post-production workflows including cost reporting.
• Wide knowledge of the local industry, its key players and the suppliers of talent and services.
• Team player capable of working under pressure.
• Strong spoken and written English and Spanish.
