The Job:

Working in the Talent Acquisition Early Careers International team, the Early Careers Advisor is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of WarnerMedia LATAM's Early Careers programmes. The successful person will have the opportunity to make a real impact in our strategies to attract and pipeline a diverse future workforce.

The Daily:
• Working closely with the Manager, Early Careers International, to develop and lead a cohesive and unified WarnerMedia Intern programme across the LATAM territories.
• Supporting the Manager to identify and implement the most effective ways of assessing candidates for Early Careers programmes.
• Develop relationships with relevant partners and educational institutions across the LATAM territories to showcase WarnerMedia and our opportunities and attract the best future talent.
• Supporting the delivery of engagement programmes which provide coaching and development to ensure Interns are well-networked in the business.
• Working with the Manager to identify opportunities to roll out further Early Careers programmes across the LATAM territories and drive these initiatives.
• Collaborating with the Manager to identify and attend relevant events to promote WarnerMedia Early Careers programmes.
• Work closely with relevant external diversity groups to represent the WarnerMedia brand.
• Collect data and maintain information for metrics that will measure the effectiveness of the team's activities.
• Advise the Manager on diversity programmes and initiatives specific to the LATAM territories.
• Work collaboratively with the wider TA teams to ensure that business priorities are being met by the Early Careers schemes.
• Partnering with HR stakeholders across the territories to ensure local legislation and cultural sensitives are accounted for.
• Preparation and planning for events and future recruitment initiatives.

The Essentials:
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, with some exposure to Early Careers/Future Talent hiring.
• Experience working for an international company with a regional remit
• Demonstrable experience speaking at events and initiatives
• Wider experience working in a TA environment is beneficial
• Enthusiasm for Early careers with a real desire to grow and develop this function
• Able to take ownership of projects, take initiative and work proactively.
