The Job

Warner Bros. are seeking an organised and passionate Distribution Coordinator to help provide support in their busy sales/technical office. This role will involve joining a team of 8 to help ensure that the commercial value of all Warner Bros theatrical releases are fully realised. The office collaborates closely with the Marketing and Publicity teams to bring our films to market and also works very closely with the finance and legal departments on all relevant matters relating to invoicing, AR and compliance.

The Daily
• Support the day-to-day function of the entire Distribution Team, both sales and technical
• Keep exhibitors up to date with all Warner Bros. forthcoming release plans
• Assist with all departmental analysis and forecasting
• Represent both the UK sales department in internal meetings and WBUK at external meetings when necessary
• Maintain and send date sheets for new releases
• Liaise with Motion Picture Solutions re delivery of content to cinemas
• Assist the sales team with the chasing of DCP's/KDM's
• Process initial screen bookings in MACCS on new releases
• Manage sales to a small number of sites (including SSVC, Medi-Cinema and University Film Clubs)
• Collate and communicate weekly sales figures
• Send Tech specs/information for new release content to exhibitors
• Liaise with Tech Ops regarding new trailer and feature versions (CPL's/Certs/Runtimes etc) and keep the rest of the team updated
• Arrange screenings (both internal and external) and collate feedback
• Process virtual print fee reports
• Manage preview theatre bar (restocking/ordering/allocating charges)
• Processing theatre charges
• Processing tech team purchase orders
• Preview theatre support (train to run the projection booth)
• Tech rehearsal support (on multi-screen events)

The Essentials
• A genuine interest, knowledge and passion for films
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and strong analytical skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular face to face meetings, via the telephone and email.
• Customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
