It is where our exclusive HBO Max Originals and iconic entertainment brands thrive, with HBO, Warner Bros., DC, Turner Classic Movies, Cartoon Network and more delivering the greatest array of series, movies and specials for audiences of all ages. The platform launched in the United States in May 2020 and introduced a lower priced, advertising-supported tier in June 2021. HBO Max began its global rollout launching in markets across Latin America and the Caribbean last summer, followed by its first European launches in the Nordics and Spain in the fall. Currently available in 46 countries, there are plans for continued expansion of HBO Max in 2022.

The Sr. Director, Lifecycle and CRM plays a crucial role in driving growth for the WarnerMedia streaming app across multiple channels. The position is responsible for building a scalable demand generation strategy and driving the successful execution of that plan across the customer lifecycle to achieve acquisition, retention and engagement goals.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
• Accountable for the development and the implementation of a comprehensive and successful roadmap to maximize subscriber acquisition, engagement and retention through a variety of digital and offline channel campaigns
• Partner closely with analytics and research to determine growth KPIs to evaluate the impact of campaigns on growth and to make recommendations to align initiatives with business goals
• Own the growth marketing budget and determine appropriate spend based on achieving ROIs
• Oversee, develop and lead a performance marketing team to deliver best in class marketing campaigns
• Keep Sr. team and other stakeholders informed of achievement of goals and subscriber behavior trends
• Partner closely with product, development, and content to conceptualize and execute acquisition programs
• Establish workflows within the Marketing team and across the organization to create seamless campaign creation and delivery

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience; MBA a plus
• 15 years experience developing and driving the strategy of complex digitally focused growth marketing campaigns ideally for a direct to consumer product
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing a marketing team
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and how to address different needs of each consumer base
• Ability to analyze, interpret data and use insights to inform marketing campaigns and make recommendations
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills are a must
• Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management
• Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
