Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President, Brand and Content Marketing, EMEA, this role will oversee all HBO MAX brand and content marketing activities in the Nordic region.

HBO MAX has established itself as a leading OTT (Over-The-Top / subscription video on demand) player across the Nordics. We seek a talented marketing leader to take the next steps in our continued evolution as a successful, growing OTT service.

The Daily
• Lead, develop and nurture a small team of skilled marketing experts
• Own and direct the execution of HBO MAX's strategic brand position across all the Nordic markets
• Own and direct the execution of creative assets and campaign strategies for Nordic LOPs (Local Original Programming) and other tentpole content in partnership with internal stakeholders and advertising agencies
• Own and direct the execution of media agency strategies and media planning strategies across all Nordic markets to facilitate improved media buying activity which is consistent with commercial strategy and priorities
• Oversee a marketing budget of $20m across all Nordic markets
• Work in partnership with Finance Controllers to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, coupled with ongoing cost analysis and expenditure recommendation
• Partner with peers in CRM, PR, Social Media, Creative Services, Distribution and other functions to enable the achievement of HBO MAX objectives
• Act as a positive role model for HBO MAX values
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration
• Liaise with HBO management team and funnel information, both up and down
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Strategy for the Company
• Where relevant, partner with other WarnerMedia business units and brands

The Essentials
• Working experience in marketing management from international b2c brand, online and subscription business preferred
• Experience/skills in developing best in class creative concepts, media plans and campaigns
• Demonstrable gravitas, strong personal impact and charisma with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to build networks across functions and seniority levels
• Commercially and financially astute, used to developing and working with budgets and forecasts
• Data and results driven, business oriented in mindset with high analytical skills
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Collaborative and collegiate in approach, commitment to the team and non-hierarchical mind-set is important
• Enjoys working as a team player in an entrepreneurial organizational culture
• Proven ability to blend strategic vision with excellent operational execution
• Sociable style, outgoing and used to public speaking
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Bachelor or Masters in Marketing, Business, Economics, or other similar training
