As Digital Pricing & Yield Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall health of CNN's ad supported business. You will be a main point of contact for pre-sale requests, and will be deeply involved in various other key initiatives related to inventory and monetization of CNN. This role will be based in New York and reports to the Director, Digital Pricing & Inventory.

Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to ensure alignment between client goals and internal business guidelines
• Review media plans prior to agency submission, confirming they are considerate of available inventory and are priced appropriately
• Determine pricing and packaging for high impact ad products, as well as general platform capabilities (e.g., rate card maintenance, packaging guidelines, shell plans for sponsorship opportunities, targeting and other technical capabilities)
• Monitor inventory and fill rate on the platform, identifying potential for both high and low sellouts and recommending ways to optimize
• Leverage data to inform decision-making on both a recurring and ad hoc basis
• Build dashboards to monitor business trends and KPIs related to inventory and monetization on the platform

Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in finance, digital advertising, or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter with an aptitude for process improvement
• Capable of turning data into compelling stories and delivering actionable insights to leadership
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, statistics, science, economics, or a related field
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query)
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) a plus
• Basic understanding of SQL or other language(s) a plus
