Digital Marketing Coordinator, Nordics - Kids (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

The Job

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist with the day to day running and point of contact for Warner Media's Kids brands in the Nordic region, providing full support to the Senior Digital Brands Executive in implementing and developing local digital strategies across WarnerMedia's Kids websites, YouTube, apps, HBO Max and other digital points of presence.

You'll work with the UK team to drive growth, deliver internal targets and assist on delivering commercial deals. You'll work with various internal and external stakeholders to amplify programming, marketing and franchise initiatives and to execute production briefs, scheduling, coordinating approvals and delivery of projects on time, on budget and on scope for both editorial and commercial deals. Working across Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Cartoonito and HBO Max (as required).

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, positive attitude, an ability to multi-task with superb attention to detail.

The Daily
• Localization – working closely with the Central team, internal and external agencies to coordinate the localization of digital projects into the required languages across all brands including HBO Max.
• Production – assisting Senior Digital Brands Executive with digital content creation (video, editorial copy, quizzes) and publishing/delivering content to platforms (websites, apps, HBO Max) and channels on applicable third-party services (YouTube, etc.)
• Calendar Management and content uploading – ensuring the agreed content publishing plan across all digital products that support marketing initiatives, franchises and fan engagement. Uploading content and updating new assets on WarnerMedia websites, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Coordination and competition creation – working on the day to day running of WarnerMedia's websites including the setting up of competitions, updating editorial, copy writing and general updating of the websites using CMS. Working with relevant departments on cross-business activities (providing online experience and expertise) to support marketing and franchise activities, including creation of online competitions for both marketing and Ad Sales competitions in line with GDPR.
• HBO Max – assisting in keeping the promotion of HBO Max up to date. Including creation and uploading of banners, games, videos on our websites and YouTube channels.
• YouTube Channel and Community Management – create, localise and publish content, optimise metadata for maximum algorithmic reach, manage and update content calendars, optimise channel performance to grow YouTube audiences, manage comments/community and ensure licensing rights and relevant content restrictions are adhered to.
• Analysis and database management– use Omniture, YouTube analytics tools to report on required KPI's and to optimize performance and ensuring required databases are kept to up to date to ensure accurate compliance with platform deals (long form on YouTube, etc.)

The Essentials
• Passionate about TV and entertainment as well as web, social and mobile and other digital channels
• Experience in day to management of a website & YouTube channel
• Understanding of digital media platforms, technology and terminology
• Experienced in implementing web analytics (web tracking) and SEO and data reporting
• Experience with localization and delivering projects to tight deadlines preferable
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Adobe Premiere and content editing skills, basic Photoshop
• Project management and administrative skills, highly organized with excellent attention to detail
