The Digital Creative Services team is a mix of professionals with expertise in branding and performance focused on the full-funnel customer experience. We're looking for talented team members who understand the power of brand and design as well as KPI's, call-to-action and promotion within digital advertising channels.

The Job

As the Creative Project Manager (Dynamic Creative) for HBO Max EMEA your focus is on creating an organized and united front between all of our major marketing touchpoints in the Paid Channels. You will be the main point of contact and responsible for development of all assets used Subscriber Acquisition team. You can ideate content umbrellas that both spark interest from prospective customers and delight existing ones. You keep a close eye on the creative assets we're producing to make sure we are meeting performance KPIs and helping achieve our organizational goals. You will be responsible for making sure all assets arrive in time for campaign implementations.

This job isn't just about managing a content calendar that blows KPIs through the roof. It's also about building a meaningful, long-lasting relationship between our brand, millions of people, and the entertainment we all love.

The Daily

Project manage the digital asset production for:

the Display and Programmatic channels including Google Display Network, Native ads, Search, YouTube (TrueView & Mastheads) and digital audio.

Help manage the creation of creative assets that drive acquisition, engagement and retention.

Responsible for ensuring that marketing programs utilize creative effectively and efficiently.

Quickly adapt creative solutions in response to data, analytics, and feedback to improve creative performance across channels.

Work cross-functionally with marketers, analysts, product experts and creatives to ensure we're generating the right creatives, for the right channels, with the right messaging to better support business objectives and meeting trafficking deadlines.

Work closely with regional teams ensuring local relevance of all creative assets.

Find smart ways to use data and customer research to evaluate and improve the creative strategy.

Partner with stakeholders to define creative strategies that generate value to the user experience, create engagement and increase conversion rates.

Lead internal work sessions and presentations.

Gather and analyze existing executions, and identify and implement recommendations for improving creatives.

Collaborate and guide internal creative team in the briefing and production of creative assets.

Define creative specifications outlining components and guidelines to ensure a consistent experience across touchpoints.

The Must Haves

Effective at managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Solid experience in creative content production management with focus on dynamic creative.

Strong content marketing and analytical background.

Highly skilled in project managing consumer-first content marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Great knowledge of Google Display Network channels (DV360, UAC, DCO and YT), Facebook Ad Manager and Google Analytics.

Understanding of Search and SEO best practices as well as marketing analytics, and scheduling tactics.

Experience working with third party partners on content creation and marketing and localization.

Understanding of digital marketing best practices and marketing analytics.

Expertise on creative digital marketing integration strategies including display, social media and CRM.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to work across multiple projects, and under tight deadlines and stay focused simultaneously on the big picture and the smallest details.

Excellent command of English.
