The Job

The Creative Project Lead, LOP CEE, owns the execution of promotional assets for HBO/HBO Max Europe Local Original Production across Central and Eastern Europe. The role works closely with Brand & Content Marketing teams on development of creative assets that appeal to the local audiences and reflect the brand strategy whilst raising the bar in creative innovation.

Part of the EMEA creative in-house agency, the Creative Project Lead, LOP CEE, leverages the wider team's resource and diversity of talent and works with external vendors as appropriate to produce best assets that help to achieve brand, content and commercial goals.

The Daily
• Acting as key contact for local Brand & Content Marketing on LOP briefs and their execution; consulting creatively, help to scope out the work needed to achieve best promotional assets based on marketing strategy, creative brief and local market specifics.
• Setting up and coordination of the production process and project team (external agencies and creators as well as internal talent as appropriate) for individual LOPs and delivery of assets including posters, video spots, radio commercials, online promos and others.
• Managing the production and post-production work by external agencies (online, ATL): editors, sound engineers, graphic designers, creative teams of advertising agencies.
• Managing feedback loops and internal iterations of creative by liaising with marketers and lead producers.
• Creative coordination and supervision of HBO / HBO Max promotional content localized in the local markets (in collaboration with the Creative Operations team as needed).
• In collaboration with the Production team, scope, plan and cost out work and control its on-budget and on-time implementation.
• Preparation of materials for internal communication – marketing and sales presentations – as and when needed.

The Must Haves
• Extensive experience creating/overseeing production of creative assets within film/content/ entertainment company or an advertising/creative/digital agency environment
• A creative problem solver with an outstanding sense of design, emerging technologies and media trends
• Deep understanding of brands and marketing goals in creative assignments
• Highly skilled in conceptual development with good understanding of video production process and graphic design
• Good understanding of creative suites like Adobe Premiere Pro (or a similar), After Effects, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Experience working across a variety of audiences and touchpoints
• Fluent English, and Polish
