The Job

This role will work for operational content planning of the HBO Max Kids section for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

The Daily
• Operationally schedule content for our eight HBO MAX platforms across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) into Bebanjo
• Reviewing the acquisition of 3rd party series for the service to complement the Warner Media content pipeline
• Working with the Programming Operations and Content Operations and Dubbing teams in London and Munich to ensure that content for the service is localised and delivered in line with agreed delivery and TX timelines
• Helping to create the strategic and operational planning of all box sets to ensure all services complement linear content strategies and to maximise audience consumption
• Ensure HBO Max Kids viewing meets agreed KPIs
• Ensure Kids content section adheres to agreed quotas including age targeting, EU content and localisation
• Delivery of content plans and materials to agreed TX timelines

The Must Haves
• Experience working in kids content
• Knowledge of the CEE & Baltics kids content markets, Warner Media kids content and competitor content is beneficial
• Very good Excel skills beneficial
• Familiar with viewing data and comfortable analysing it and making content recommendations as a result
• Business fluent English language skills
