Content Account Coordinator (HBO Max)

The Job
HBO Max is in need of a Content Account Coordinator to: Support the Content Account Management team in the execution of partner deal terms with respect to content delivery timelines, rights, mastering, asset tracking, marketing assets, business rules, etc. Help the Content Account Director and Managers (CAMs) address, resolve and escalate as appropriate a wide range of partner questions and concerns. Assist the CAMs with cross functional communication of deal terms with internal stakeholders (Content Programming, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, Business Operations, Legal, etc.) to execute partnership requirements and deliver on business objectives. Generate external/internal reporting to disseminate information across various departments within the company. This is the one ''end to end'' team making sure all the boxes are checked by the various other teams involved in launching a new partner, or supporting content after launch.
The Daily
• Assist Content Account Director and Managers (CAMs) in tracking and monitoring key operational milestones for timely and optimal releases on Max; help to elevate issues and delays to stakeholders as they arise and help to troubleshoot and resolve as needed
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Finance, Technology, Content, Marketing, PR, etc.) on status of asset delivery and readiness
• Liaise with external partners to ensure they provide assets and materials on time and to spec per contract
• Manage CAM tracking tool (Airtable) including entering deal and title information, modifying Airtable views/layout as needed, and provide reporting to internal business teams
• Assist CAM's with providing delivery and milestone updates to various stakeholders on a consistent basis
• Work closely with partners and key internal departments (Creative Services, Legal, Marketing) to obtain contractual payment items required for the administration of payment
• Assist with the evaluation of systems, documents and processes currently used for operational execution and provide recommendations to help streamline
• Coordinate with teams to ensure technical, promotional, business and programming alignment with partners
• Understand and explain video formats, metadata specifications and other delivery requirements to partners
• Assist Content Account Management team with Admin support as needed
The Essentials
• At least 2 years supporting a team in a coordinator, analyst, Admin or other supporting role
• 1-2 years of project management, content operations, marketing operations or operations background in a fast-paced, digital environment
• The ability to comprehend detailed agreements and database management is a plus.
• Credible technology aptitude and ability to navigate various content management systems
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully to both internal and external partners
• The ability to be detail oriented in order to synthesize and organize various forms of content and asset tracking data
• Strong Excel, Rights Management and Airtable or other project management system skills are a plus
• Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize workload effectively
• Ability to be nimble and support multiple members of a team to meet company objectives; team player
• Basic Knowledge of and interest in film and TV content
