Job Description
HBO Max is where storytelling takes center stage and where creatives find a home with the support and resources to do their best work, no matter the genre or format. It is where our exclusive HBO Max Originals and iconic entertainment brands thrive, with HBO, Warner Bros., DC, Turner Classic Movies, Cartoon Network and more delivering the greatest array of series, movies and specials for audiences of all ages. The platform launched in the United States in May 2020 and introduced a lower priced, advertising-supported tier in June 2021. HBO Max began its global rollout launching in markets across Latin America and the Caribbean last summer, followed by its first European launches in the Nordics and Spain in the fall. Currently available in 46 countries, there are plans for continued expansion of HBO Max in 2022.

General Summary:

You will be accountable for all streaming marketing in Hungary, and ultimately the paying subscriber base for WBD's streaming products in these territories. You will be responsible for planning and executing all marketing (excluding biddable digital channels), but accountable for all WBD communication for streaming in the Hungary market including PR, social, performance marketing, retention & engagement and partner/trade marketing which do not report directly to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• maximizing the local business KPIs for streaming, through the channels within their direct responsibility as well as leading a cross-functional team that manages all other channels that can influence streaming for the respective markets
• inputting and agreeing the budget and subscriber forecast for the territory with the EMEA

acquisition and retention teams
• overseeing the localization of streaming campaigns for Hungary with creative services whenever possible or external creative agencies when appropriate
• leading campaigns for local original productions for streaming for Hungary from key art through to the last asset delivered across all marketing channels
• owning the local media brief, consolidating all marketing inputs from the streaming and regional marketing teams. This will include annual, quarterly and campaign briefs.
• the media channel mix to deliver the brand KPIs, forecasted gross adds and engagement for Hungary within an appropriate blended SAC
• ensuring there is always an up to date local marketing plan, and ensuring that everyone within the virtual extended local marketing group are aligned on the priorities, the targets and their part in the execution of the plan
• being POC representing CE Streaming Marketing team in the cross-functional collaboration with other departments
• driving the outcomes in B2B needed through collaboration with local partnership and distribution teams as well as the necessary marketing with partners through the local trade marketing teams

Qualifications
• A highly experienced marketer with proven success in full funnel marketing strategy,

planning and execution
• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze efficiency of marketing initiatives and support the overall corporate financial objectives
• Strong relationship management with internal and external clients as well as key stakeholders to general manager or CMO level
• A proactive, self-starting and independent person who is comfortable with delivering

results within a dynamic and matrix organization
• Significant experience with marketing a subscription service
• Experience of working in a multinational organization and within a global matrix

environment
• Excellent creative appraisal skills and creative judgment.
• Dynamic personality, adaptability, professionalism
