Your New Role…

We are looking for a detail oriented Ad Ops Manager to manage the digital ad operations process globally across both the streaming and tune-in business, including HBO Max globally. This individual will be charged with working cross functionally with Media Planners, Creative teams, and our offshore trafficking team to ensure among other tasks that Traffic Sheets are correctly filled in (including use of agreed upon naming conventions) and offshore traffickers are building campaign shells, placements, ads, and assigning creatives correctly to align with media plan goals. This individual must be able to work on high profile campaign executions and follow through with reporting needs via (ex.) both impression reports and internal dashboards

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Own the digital ad ops process from from media plan review to aligning on campaign builds, placement names, and tag deliveries, working closely with media strategy, martech teams, and digital traffickers
• Ensure campaign launches are successful and follow up with delivery reporting as well as owning the weekly remediation process with internal martech teams
• Partnering with off short trafficking team create a best in class ad ops workflow that is seamless for key media stakeholders
• Oversee the creative delivery process from media strategy to creative partner teams and to internal buyers to ensure trafficking timelines are being met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and platform partner teams to maintain the latest spec requirements across ad requirements. Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholder groups within the Global Campaign Planning and Logistics team, such as Media Strategy (regionally) & Creative teams

Qualifications & Experience…
• 5+ years of digital ad operations experience, including knowledge of Campaign Manager (google ad suite) and global digital channels (ex. Google Ads, Meta, etc.); a
• Experience trafficking within a digital ad server and experience with dynamic creative ad serving capabilities
• Ability to oversee timelines, and keep project plans on track as ad operations is a critical function to launch digital campaigns with the appropriate tracking in place.
• Comfortability with working across global teams, including internal stakeholders and external offshore traffickers
• Experience and understanding of paid social, programmatic, and SEM buying platforms (demand side platforms, Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) is required.
• Understanding of paid digital streaming and subscription ecosystem is a plus
• Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reasonable availability to respond to requests and monitor/optimize campaigns outside normal business hours as needed
