Job Summary/Description:

We are currently searching for a multi-talented, energetic and organized team player to join our Corporate Traffic Operations team in our Atlanta, GA location. In this role, the Television Traffic Specialist will be responsible for daily log editing and inventory optimization working alongside our local station Sales teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, work with a high level of accuracy, be very detail oriented, and have a unique skill at problem solving.

This position will handle inventory maintenance on logs for multiple log streams as directed by management. Ensure proper separation, spot placement and fair and equal rotation on all log streams. They will communicate with Account Executives and Sales Managers regarding orders. This position also requires you to provide second tier back-up support.

Copy responsibilities would include gathering materials and instructions; attaching to appropriate orders with correct dates and days. Maintaining contact with agencies for spots and instructions. Create dub and purge lists and maintains material libraries.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Must be adaptable and flexible with the ability to shift focus on new priorities.
* Previous Wide Orbit Traffic or related Traffic software knowledge a plus
* Completion of high school, or equivalent
* Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure
* Must be able to follow directions and dependably complete assignments.
* Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively
* Previous television, radio, or cable Traffic/Sales support related experience preferred
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
