About Healthcare Solutions:

Health Solutions provides marketing and advertising support for healthcare clients. The health solutions team works directly with national accounts and local station sales teams to develop incremental and new revenue for this important revenue category.

Job Summary/Description:

This is a revenue generating position responsible for meeting new business and incremental sales goals with regional and national accounts. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the television and digital industries and be able to provide creative solutions for client's marketing needs. A general understanding of print, outdoor, and direct mail marketing a plus. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will have regular contact with agency directors and C-level executives, so strong sales communication skills and attention to detail are a must. This is a remote position.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
• Veteran salesperson with a proven new business track record who thrives in the cold calling and client development process
• Identify clients' needs by listening and probing during discussions of their objectives and strategies
• Exemplary sales and presentation skills both in-person and via remote/zoom meetings
• Excellent in broadcast and digital sales negotiation
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions without daily guidance
• Excels at client retention and identifying upsell opportunities
• Study the competitive environment and build knowledge of clients' business
• Reacts to change productively and handles other essential tasks as assigned all while working in a fast-paced environment
• Execute a proven sales model
• Invest in a long-term commitment to team and business growth, all while supporting company goals and objectives
• This position requires overnight travel (approximately 30% of the time)

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Multi-platform sales background including both broadcast and digital experience
• 5+ years of experience as a sales/marketing representative for a media company, preferably in regional and/or national sales
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industries is a plus
• Excellent negotiating and closing skills
