Job Summary/Description:

KTIV News 4 is taking applications for a Sales Assistant to assist Account Executives, GSM, NSM & DSM's with research, development, and execution of marketing campaigns. This position will manage departments sales support operations, including avails, proposals, account lists, prepare reports, create sales tools and packages for AEs and other projects assigned by management. Organize and maintain departments marketing files. Assist traffic department with order entry and copy. Coordinate with other departments on projects as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask, balance priorities, take direction, possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an environment that is fast paced and deadline driven. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
