Full Court Press with Greta Van Susteren is a Sunday political show broadcast on all Gray Television markets and syndicated in leading cities including New York, Washington, DC, and Los Angeles covering more than 84% of the country. Greta Van Susteren is the Chief Political Analyst for Gray Television as well as host of Full Court Press.

Job Summary/Description:

Gray Television is looking for a responsible personal assistant to provide administrative support for the host of Full Court Press with Greta Van Susteren. Strong interpersonal skills are a must as you will work on a one-on-one basis to provide support in a timely manner. Successful candidates will be highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and adapt to changes quickly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Manage schedule and appointments
- Screen and handle phone calls and correspondence
- Make travel arrangements
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and time management
- Some travel may be required
- A strong interest in journalism is preferred
- Assist in research for interviews
- Post content to various social media platforms
- Edit clips to share on social media

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proven track record as assistant
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong computer skills
- Position requires a flexible schedule which may include weekends or early morning shifts
- Must have the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
