About Health Solutions (Gray Media Group):

Health Solutions provides marketing and advertising support for healthcare clients. The health solutions team works directly with national accounts and local station sales teams to develop incremental and new revenue for this important revenue category.

Job Summary/Description:

The Media Planner will primarily work to support the Strategic Partnerships sales team with both pre-sales planning and post-sales management. The Media Planner will work with the team director and sales consultants on strategies for top-tier regional and national accounts with a focus on client retention and incremental account growth. This person will act as a bridge between the sales team and internal vendors, working with partner advertising companies and platforms to gather avails and build media plans. The Media Planner will also have regular contact with high level and c-suite clients, so strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must. The ideal candidate will possess and demonstrate a strong understanding of television and digital advertising including but not limited to DSPs, DMPs, Ad Networks/Exchanges, SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, native advertising, content marketing, OTT etc.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelors' degree or commensurate experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-discipline team, both as a leader and as a partner/collaborator.
• Must be a ''people person'' who is comfortable with a high volume of phone and webinar calls with C-level clientele and internal managers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creative and strategic, with the ability to think critically and solve problems decisively.
• Strong knowledge of media industry. Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare marketing industry is a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Position is remote and candidate must be able to efficiently and effectively work from home.
