Job Summary/Description:
Gray Digital Media is currently seeking a Digital Support Specialist (Remote) who will be responsible for the quality assurance and reporting of all Gray digital advertising campaigns sold across our markets. Gray Digital Media has campaigns running across a robust suite of digital advertising platforms including, Premion OTT, extended audience display and video solutions, social media marketing, targeted email, SEM, SEO, native advertising, and broadcast television attribution.
The Digital Sales Support Specialist will review campaigns with a detailed eye to ensure the delivery of each campaign is met with our best-in-class industry standards as well as create, monitor, and analyze reports and data visualizations to suggest and strategize on the success of Gray TV's digital properties. This role will monitor for trends to streamline processes and find opportunities to enhance the results of digital advertising campaigns, collaborating with both the Sales and Digital Ad Ops teams to contribute to educational documents, best practices, and innovative solutions. This is a remote position.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Preferred Skills -
• 3+ years of data-driven digital marketing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to create analyses that move beyond an explanation of 'what happened' to 'why it happened' and 'what should be done'
• Experience with Data Visualization & reporting platforms ( e.g. DOMO )
• Experience with Google Analytics, social analytics, data integrations, media analytics, and client databases
• Experience with digital ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Quick learner and a creative problem solver
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Experience taking on a high level of responsibility, works well under pressure
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a deadline driven, changing environment
• Sales Experience a plus
