Job Summary/Description:

Gray Television, an industry leader in broadcast and digital properties, has an incredible opportunity for a corporate level Executive Assistant. From exceptional time management skills to organizational moxie, the ideal candidate has a can-do attitude to support our Chief Financial Officer.

Your role as Executive Assistant is critical in managing our CFO's priorities and time effectively. Administrative experience is key and will include complex and confidential tasks. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be utilized daily. You must have the ability to prioritize, support meeting preparation and follow-up, schedule and manage travel, and be flexible to the ever-changing demands of the position.
Our next Executive Assistant will have contact with other senior management and high-ranking officers, both internal and external. Your professionalism over the phone and the ability to foster relationships with diverse groups of people will be central to your success.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum five years experience preferred as Executive Assistant to a CEO or other executive
• Expert in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as needed
