About this Position
The Golden State Warriors are looking for a driven Director to assist in the strategy and execution of the sales team responsible for selling Premium and Suites at Chase Center (We may consider filling this role as a Senior Director for the right candidate!). In this role you will use your sales and management techniques to increase the organizations long term premium and suite sales revenue. You will have the ability to build successful business relationships with key partners and be involved in complex business conversations. To be successful, you will thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment to deliver successful results. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Premium Sales and Service.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading, motivating, developing, and evaluate suite sales staff
• Achieve yearly revenue goals while gaining commitments for long-term growth
• Ensure weekly KPIs from sales team and report on results to leadership team
• Plan, develop, and implement sales strategy for selling multi-year premium product offerings
• Establish process for team's outbound sales efforts, including sales campaigns, sales events, seller & buyer incentives
• Oversee all outbound marketing efforts, sales campaigns, and department webpage
• Plan and implement multiple marketing events to generate new business connections and relationships
• Manage all available product inventory for all public Chase Center events
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to deliver department needs including (i.e., marketing, legal, event programming, and tickets sales)
• Develop a creative, fun, and collaborative team culture
Required Experience and Skills
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration/sports management, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7 years in ticket, suite or sponsorship sales, preferably in sports and entertainment industry; 3+ years leading sales teams
• Validated examples of overachieving sales quotas in a forward-thinking sales market
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce CRM and HVS, a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within an organization and throughout the community
• Flexibility with changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Readiness to work outside fixed business hours as necessary (e.g. mornings, evenings, and weekends)
• Available to attend Warriors home games and Chase Center events to drive business relationships
