Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of US television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Television Stations (FTS) is looking for an experienced Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead the audience growth strategy and data/analytics efforts across our apps, websites, streaming platforms, and other digital products. Reporting to the SVP Digital, the VP of Digital Marketing must be a vocal brand and product evangelist, bringing both creative energy and a data-focused approach to our business.

This job requires broad marketing experience as well as a clear understanding of audience data and measurement. The best candidate should have management experience with a successful track record of leading a team. This individual must be willing to roll up their sleeves and make smart decisions while collaborating with content, sales, and product/tech teams across FTS, as well as the rest of FOX Corp. They will evolve and lead both our organic and paid strategies for audience development. Above all else, this individual must be laser-focused on recruiting the most engaged audience to our platforms and growing overall value.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and execute the overall FTS digital marketing and data/analytics strategies in order to effectively grow the scale and value of our audience across all digital platforms. Direct the successful use of digital marketing campaigns, tools and techniques across the 17 stations in the FTS group; including video, display, social media, SEO, email, paid search, custom targeting, and more. Oversee the audience & content performance analysis for FTS digital products. Build relationships and collaborate with leadership at the local stations, other FOX business units, and external partners in order to promote priority initiatives. Research, identify, and lead the testing of new innovations to help our platforms grow. Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of experience and demonstrated success in marketing or creative services, with at least 5 years in a management role. Superb understanding of organic growth strategies and the use of paid buying tools and tactics - display, video, social, interactive, targeting, etc. Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud. Proficient in audience analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Tableau. Creative and innovative approach to leading teams and solving problems. Prior experience in local news and/or media industry is preferred. Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus. Ability to manage numerous projects and deadlines. Overwhelming attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication. BS/BA 4-year degree. Entrepreneurial spirit.
