This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

WNYW FOX5 and WWOR MY9 in New York is seeking a well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide support for a team of Account Executives, Sales Managers and Sales Assistants. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and coordination of accounts for WNYW & WWOR-TV. The Sales Coordinator position requires the ability to implement processes and workflow for a team of assistants, maintain filing systems, coordinate order input and resolve discrepancies. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for training sales assistants and maintaining efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Must be extremely organized, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and an aptitude in problem solving. Additional requirements include solid computer and data entry skills, proficiency in Excel and Word; 1-2 years prior sales assistant experience; must be a team player with strong leadership abilities and a great work ethic. College degree preferred.
