Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of US television homes. JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic staff and let your ideas flow. We are recruiting for a Post-Production Editor/Producer in the Creative Services Department. Applicants need to be comfortable writing, editing, and producing both News Promotion and Commercial content. There will be opportunities to interact with news department staff and with advertising clients. Must have a positive attitude and strong post-production editing skills (Adobe Premiere and After Effects). Need to be able to edit, write, produce content for digital platforms and coordinate the production of topical newsbreaks (for AM and late newscasts).

Must have the ability to work in and pull video from the news editing archive system (Bit-Central) and also edit tags onto FOX Prime and Syndicated promos (both locally and for a FOX wide group auto-tagging system). This includes downloading and uploading files to and from various Cloud based and FTP sites, plus transferring completed files into the Master Control playback system, FTP sites or Cloud based storage. Other duties include organizing and archiving projects into Cloud based systems like BOX, scheduling and coordinating any maintenance issues, assisting in the training of producers/editors, assisting engineers/IT personnel in maintaining departmental equipment, helping news editing staff as needed, attending and contributing to weekly meetings and contributing to the creative process on all projects.

Must be organized and communicate effectively. Four years' work experience preferred.
