Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of US television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for various production oriented functions with the news operation, including operating the production switcher, editing, studio camera operation and teleprompter operation. Must be a quick thinker who is proficient in newer production methods and equipment, including IP based production. Must be able to communicate effectively with other members of the production team.

Qualified candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience in a live news production environment in any one of the following capabilities: technical director, editor, studio camera operator. Should have experience with Sony production switchers and ELC, Edius and Premiere Pro software and/or professions jib/Steadicam and handheld camera operation.
