Sales Assistant
FOX Television Stations / Twin Cities

Description:

FOX Television Stations in the Twin Cities has an immediate opening for a Sales Assistant to join FOX Television Stations' FLX OTT team. As a member of the team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced and fluid environment. You will work with sales leadership, AE's and Creative Services on all aspects of the pre and post sales process.

Duties:
• Assist Account Executives in the Fox Local Extension (FLX) sales department
• General administrative work – assist AE's with prospecting, pipeline management, CRM management, sales research and planning
• Order processing – assist AE's with order details, entry and invoicing
• Act as liaison between clients and key agency contacts
• Work closely with FLX Sales Manager to ensure all client presentations are updated with the latest data, research and insights
• Assist in new setup, edit and creation of client presentations alongside the FLX Sales Team
• Proactively organize all campaigns in order to anticipate client creative and strategy adjustments
• Manage outgoing email campaigns and database in order to consistently market to current and prospective clients
• Production – assist AE's with production details alongside clients and the Creative Services Department
• Reporting – assist AE's with regular, relevant client reporting needs

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications – advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred
• Organization and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of local TV marketplace
• Willingness to learn and grow

• Wide Orbit experience a plus

Minimum Qualifications
• College degree and digital experience preferred but not required
• Positively and professionally represent FOX Television Stations at all times
