Job Description

Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of US television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing and assigning promotion inventory for two Bay Area television stations. Schedules promotional spots on logs according to marketing strategies and station priorities. Serves as liaison between FOX network/sports, syndicators and creative services staff. Manages delivery of assets when outside media campaigns are active. Works closely with engineering and traffic departments to insure clean on air delivery of all promotional efforts. Keeps track of station promotional items inventory. Assists with community events outside the station, which may require working outside of normal business hours. Assists with station contest execution and social media marketing. Additional duties assigned as deemed appropriate and necessary

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College and two to three years related experience required.

Must have excellent written and verbal skills, be highly organized and a self-starter with ability to juggle many projects at once. Computer experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel required. Experience with Wide Orbit strongly preferred.
