JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Sports is looking for a Viz Producer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As the Viz Producer, you will manage the production pipeline as it pertains to the Viz/Real-time graphics group and manage projects with graphic producers that require real-time graphics work.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate as the main liaison for real-time 3D platforms for Charlotte-based group while keeping structure and workflow consistent with Los Angeles
• Collaborate with Graphic Managers to make sure all pipelines are consistent
• Work in concert with the Director of Graphics to ensure all project needs are met
• Act as liaison between remote broadcast technical crews and the graphics department with matters concerning insert graphic technology
• Oversee quality control of all elements outgoing from the Viz/Chyron group
• Work with all current statistical integrations with all sports disks
• Provide advanced technical support for all Vizrt/Chyron and any new real-time renderer systems throughout FSMG; this support will frequently require travel to remote events and studios
• Partner with the engineering group to ensure graphic systems are updated with proper software and graphic elements
• Work with remote and studio font coordinators and graphic operators for all broadcasts to ensure proper use of our graphics and systems

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2+ years of graphic production experience
• Self-starter attitude, with the ability to be proactive
• Great time management skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong knowledge of VIZ RT platform; software includes Trio, Artist, Engine, Graphics Hub, Graphics Hub Manager
• Extremely PC literate and understand networking
• Possess a working knowledge of various insert platforms – VizRT, Ticker, FOXBox
• Solid working knowledge of all digital graphic file formats and their appropriate applications
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Ability to travel

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Bachelor's degree
• Live television production experience
