JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Sports is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Promo Scheduling & Strategy to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Coordinator of Promo Scheduling & Strategy works with the Manager of FOX Sports 1 (FS1) Promo Scheduling & Strategy to organize and execute all the daily promo functions required to produce the network logs.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Aid in the execution & scheduling of promotional content across FS1 based on the linear promo strategy
• Assist with scheduling the contingency, alternate, and primary logs for FS1 (as needed) daily
• Strategically target key demographics for all promo campaigns & monitor proper rotation of promotional inventory across the linear channel
• Keep informed of the promotional priorities, flight dates, and spot details required to meet marketing objectives
• Work to ensure the timely delivery of promo logs in accordance with the deadlines set by Commercial Administration
• Aid & collaborate in the log change process across the various properties in the FOX Sports portfolio
• Track the scheduling of contractual obligations on the FS1 logs
• Assist with the compilation of reports for League partners & Ad Sales obligations
• Manage the post run reconciliation for FS1 promo logs
• Other duties related to the FS1 Promo Scheduling as determined by Manager
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Prior experience in promo scheduling and strategy for a major cable or broadcast entertainment network
• Excellent organizational skills with a close attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment across multiple schedules and days
• Strong technical skills with expertise in Excel and other MS Office applications, scheduling and promotion planning systems, including commercial traffic and optimization software such as Operative, Grip It, etc.
• Heavy workload in the Fall & Winter sports season
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
• Sports experience
• Working knowledge of various sports leagues, a plus (NCAA sports, MLB, NFL, Soccer, NASCAR, etc)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $49,000.00-66,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
