Temporary Part-Time Health Administrator (Multiple Locations)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The FOX Sports Team is looking for a Part-Time Health Administrator to support the FOX Sports Business Operations team. As the Health Administrator, you will work closely with the FOX Sports HR team to assist with tracking COVID-19 information and guide employees through COVID-19 testing, health screening protocols, and track health information.

This position is a temporary remote assignment approximately 6 months to 1 year. Shifts will vary, covering early mornings, evenings, and weekends (3:00AM-8:00PM PST, Monday to Sunday).

This is a remote opportunity, based out of LA, NYC, Charlotte, or Chicago

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in calling employees who have had exposure to COVID-19 and/or have tested positive for COVID-19
• Respond quickly to requests and follow up on any outstanding items
• Collect, organize, and manage confidential employee data related to COVID-19
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
• Relay employee data and information to HR/Business Operations colleagues
• Contribute to the overall COVID-19 tracking ecosystem
• Interface with production and crewing teams to ensure information is relayed in a timely manner

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while remaining detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to anticipate needs and be a forward thinker (proactive vs. reactive)

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Previous experience working in customer service and/or Human Resources
• Experience handling sensitive information
