Executive Producer, Content Development (FS1)

JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Sports is looking for an Executive Producer, Content Development to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. As the Executive Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing studio content development and the new audio creation network. This includes on-air development for current programming, new show ideation, and multiplatform content. You will work with other departments to ensure all programming is maximized as an asset, maximize revenue potential, and manage staff to optimize assets for production.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide direction and development of new audio creation network
• Deliver direction and guidance on strategy
• Re-development of shows, and new show ideation
• Work closely with Ad Sales to maximize revenue potential
• Manage staff to optimize assets for production
• Maintain a cohesive, creative, and diverse staff that continually delivers successful programming

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 10+ years of experience in the production of sports studio broadcasting
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with and communicate with talent
• Ability to create trust and have a fostering spirit with talent and staff
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent diplomatic skills
• Knowledge of INews and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working in a fast-paced sports production environment as a producer and overseer of daily shows
