JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox Sports is currently looking for an Associate Social Graphics Producer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As Associate Producer, you will be responsible for the production, discovery and implementation of various forms of interactive social media content across all screens. We are looking for someone to have a sharp eye and keen sense of social media content to enhance the experience of FOX Sports programming across television and digital production. You should be self-sufficient and an excellent communicator, able to pitch producers in a number of different settings with the goal of enhancing all forms of production. Content can and will be discovered primarily from FOXSports.com, the FOX Sports App, and social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and Snapchat.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be immersed within two of FOX Sports' most principal areas of production:
• Studio Production: Discovery of social media and digital content, with sole purpose of augmenting and enhancing show production across numerous FOX Sports studio programming. Discovery of this content requires:
• Social listening skills
• Working knowledge of programs such as Tagboard, Spredfast and CrowdTangle
• Sharp appreciation and forward thinking mentality for nuances in the sports news cycle
• Original Digital Production
• Production for live and VOD franchises that require interactive, fan engagement methods and approaches
• Discovery of live social media content that enhances the overall experience of Watch Parties, live streams and alternate camera productions

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• At least 1-3 years of high level digital and social production experience with major media brands and/or major personalities
• Comprehensive knowledge of action as well as a substantial understanding of the tricks and respective terminology
• Must be able to communicate effectively with talent, athletes, team managers, event staff, outside producers and all other persons involved with productions
• Proficiency in social and digital video, as well as audio content production, including the ability to execute flawless spelling and grammar with quick turnaround, plus proven Premiere/Final Cut-style video editing skills with quick turnaround
• Experience with Cutting Edge Data Software to use data to help better tell stories across platforms, including working with data tools (i.e., Tagboard, Spreadfast, Sharablee, CrowdTangle, and other platform analytics tools) to create content, develop audiences and judge performance
• Expertise on established and emerging digital platforms, including a deep understanding of what works on all digital platforms and experience working with digital platforms, including owned and operated platforms and 3rd party platforms
• Skilled in fostering cross-functional interpersonal relationships to build and maintain highly productive working relationships across a variety of groups including sales, marketing, programming, digital, linear, studio and other show teams; plus the ability to understand their goals, speak their terminology, and create win-win relationships with key stakeholders
